Did speed work this evening. Really need to be working the run more than I have in the past. A LOT of room for improvement there. Did some stretching as the legs were sore from this morning. Ran 1 mile and set a new PR for that distance of 7:23. This is a :33 improvement over my last PR for this distance. Followed that up with 4 quarters run at a stressful pace with approximately 2 minutes between each one. Overall, the workout felt good and worked me out pretty well.
