Felt pretty good today. Got up a little later and didn't start my run until 6:08 a.m. For some reason, probably because I felt pretty good to start, I ran pretty fast. Problem is that my cardio can't keep up with my legs. Had to walk 8 TIMES!! Still managed to take 3 minutes and 4 seconds off of my last time on this course. Would really rather be working toward not having to walk though rather than faster times. Need to focus on that. Knees continue to hurt and feel a little weak. Not severely or anything, but definitely a nagging sort of pain.
