6:07 a.m. - Monday morning and started the day off with another brick. Felt like a Monday. Was tired and feeling a little sore/tired all over. Probably from hitting so hard yesterday. Bike was 12.31 miles in 00:45:55. Still slower than even yesterday. This week's bike workouts have not been lighting it up exactly. Run wasn't bad. 2 miles in 00:17:35. Considering this is coming off of the bike I was very happy with this. Yesterday's 2 mile off of the bike was 00:18:53 so I improved that considerably. Still no walking, but really need to start pushing the distance out a little further on these bricks. Will have to do 3.1 miles (5k) after swim and bike in the triathlon on the 19th so still have a way to go if I don't want to have to walk part of that 5k.
