Went up to the high school (where I work) and did some lifting and other strength workouts. I have been feeling like my legs are weaker than they should be. Especially seems to affect my run. I did some squats, dead lifts, and lunges to address that. Also did some light chest and arms. Finally did some ab work. Not going crazy here as I don't want to bulk up. Just want to start working in some more functional strength into my workouts so that I will have a more athletic body overall.
