Found a great resource today. I have been a member of www.beginnertriathlete.com for several months now. Only peruse their site once in a while though. It is a wonderful site, really a must for anyone into triathlons, but I just don't have a ton of time to surf the web. I was on there and found the "Mentor Groups" in their forum. Highly experienced triathletes apply to be a mentor. Once accepted, they open a forum group and set the limit on number of participants. I requested to join the "Ryan Mac's HIM Focus Group" and was accepted. Ryan is a very experienced triathlete that competes at a high level and is a member of the "Cobb Mobb" cycling team. We have also had a couple of exercise physiologists join the group. I am excited about the prospects for having this group in support as we train for a HIM.
