On the bike I wanted to try to set a new PR for the 12 mile distance of my upcoming tri. Well, I came up about 50 seconds shy of the new PR. Not quite sure why. The ride felt good. Not super fast, but not slow either. Wish I could put my finger on it why the time was slower this week. Maybe my legs hadn't fully recovered from my sim or possibly the fact that I had already run this morning. Either way, it was a good ride and I felt like I had been worked at a good level.
