Will be getting some swim work in over the next few days. Especially need to work with my daughter as she is running her first triathlon this weekend and I want to make sure she feels comfortable on the swim. We will work it in the afternoon the next couple of days. Will also have to go over transitions, gear, pacing, etc. with her. She is 7 so it is a lot of information to take in. We have been working the bike / run workouts, but it is time to throw on the other info. I have been trying to focus her in on the fact that this should not be viewed as a race at this point and to just go through the process and have fun. Her birthday is on Monday and I have a new road bike on the way. Will give it to her a couple of days early so that she can get used to it for this weekend. Looking forward to this weekend and hoping that, regardless of anything else, Gracie has fun in her first triathlon.
