Still trying to shake off this cold. Feeling it in the sinuses and upper respiratory. Regardless, got out and got a run in. Honestly, this run felt horrible, but somehow I managed to put up a decent time. Almost forgot, I had originally set my weight loss goal to 180 pounds. This is down from my max of 250. Today was the day I hit my goal! 179.4 as of today. Now that I am here I can say that I still probably have about another 5 pounds of fat to lose, maybe a little more, so I updated the goal. Still it feels amazing to be so much lighter and it certainly can't be hurting my workout times.
