Diet has been a little heavier than I would like today. Weekends are so hard to keep the calorie count down. Had 3 fried eggs, orange juice, biscuits and gravy, and a sausage patty and that was a little over 800 calories. That was a pretty good chunk of my daily amount of 1290. Run gave me around 218 back, but still will probably be over for today. Not going to stress too much over it though. Some days I'm over and some I'm under. The unders still outweigh the overs by a large margin so days like these are really not a problem.
Will look to work the bike tomorrow, but not sure how far. Will see how I feel. Going to a rodeo dance tonight so will be a late night. Again, will probably try to work out in the heat of the afternoon.
