This is a new distance PR by 3 miles. Old PR was 7 miles. Set a goal for between 8-10 miles and woke up feeling up to it. After the first seven I knew I was going to make it to ten. Kept my heart rate in the 150's until the last couple of miles. I think if I kept it in the 150's I could have gone another 5-10 miles. Not sure exactly as I could start feeling the legs getting tired in the last couple of miles of this run so not sure how much longer I could have gone before cramps got me. Of course, I didn't carry any water or nutrition on this run so, if I had these at my disposal, I'm curious just how far I could have gone.
