Body, and especially the legs, feel better than they have in quite a while. Definitely think it is time to get back to it tomorrow. Have been reading (listening) to "The 50 Best Tips Ever for Running" by Scott Welle. Definitely a good book. Really drove home the fact that I need to be training more in Zone 2 and 5. Zone 2 for endurance conditioning and Zone 5 (speed and form work) to increase my overall speed. I completely agree that I need to start shifting my training focus to keeping within these heart rate zones. Especially since my gains in general fitness and performance seems to now be tapering off. Will begin making this more of a focus and see how it goes.
