Regularly scheduled day off. Have been trying to work in a run one day, off one day routine to give my body recovery time. It has been working to some degree in that I don't feel overly tired and have been injury free. On the other hand, I have been starting to plateau a little bit in speed/distance gains so I may have to look at changing the training up a little. I haven't been adding any speed work in and really have only done one run in the last month longer than a 5k. Think I'll start looking at adding those in and maybe trying to work in an extra workout or two during the week.
