I planned on taking the weekend off, but had also planned to get up this morning. Lazy butt couldn't get out of bed again this morning. I was lamenting my struggles with getting up in the morning and going for a run with my buddy at work (Johnny) and he began talking about how he would like to lose weight too. He is more overweight than I am. We decided to start a weight loss challenge to see if the extra motivation would get us going. We are both very competitive. Rules are simple. Most weight lost between now and July 23rd. We are going by overall percentage lost as he has a lot more potential pounds to lose than I do. Time to get rolling. Not only on exercise, but need to start thinking about cutting back on the diet as well.
