It is the 4th of July. Big ride yesterday and I am taking today off! :) One thing to note. I completely blew off eating right and had a hamburger, hot dogs, chips, and all the other traditional food and desserts the holiday brings. I stopped keeping track on MyFitnessPal after I had logged about 2,000 calories for the day, but estimate I came in closer to the 3,000-3,500 range for the day. Nearly 3 times my goal of 1,350/day!!! Hey!
