This was a makeup ride for my long ride that was supposed to happen yesterday. Ride felt good and I could keep this pace for probably another hour at this point if not for pretty strong shoulder pain. Also getting mild lower back pain. Shoulder pain is from my days in the Marine Corps and I'm not sure there is anything I can do about it other than learn to endure it. I will say that I have not had a professional bike fit and that might go a long way toward helping me. Either way, I'm making good progress. Can't remember if this is my longest ride by time, but it definitely was a new PR by distance. Training plan was for a long RPE 2-3 ride and that is pretty much what this was; with the exception of the peak toward the end where I pushed hard right before my cool down.
