This was the first attempt at the next workout in my TrainerRoad HIM (Half Iron Man) training plan. It is supposed to be a 2 hour ride, but I cut it short mostly due to time constraints, but honestly I can tell I would not have made it through the second hour of this workout. It was working me pretty good. I am working up a training plan and will have to get better at making sure I make the time to get these full workouts in going forward. Goal is to have a well researched training plan by next Monday.
