This is part of the BT (Beginner Triathlete) 1/2 IM training plan. 1st day of week 15. Is actually a 20 week plan, but I'm late starting it so had to pick up with week 15 to make my race date. Rode the next in my Trainer Road training rides. TR doesn't match up exactly with this plan. The planned ride was 2 hours on TR, but I kept it shorter as BT plan called for 45 minutes. Had taken S/Su off so I felt pretty out of it to start this ride, but by the end I definitely felt like I could keep going. Was supposed to be RPE 3 and I think I did a pretty good job of staying there.
