I built this site primarily geared toward a target audience of "newby" triathletes, but believe there is a lot to be learned here for anybody that has the simple goal of getting up off of the couch more often and losing a few "lbs". I also eat a ketogenic diet and have wracked up quite a bit of experience "being keto" and pairing that way of eating with endurance racing. I personally have lost nearly 80 pounds, have kept it off for several years now, and regularly compete in endurance racing events as a member of the Rengegade Endurance team. I have come a long way from the 250 pound guy that couldn't jog a quarter of a mile without stopping and gasping for breath. It is my hope that in visiting this site somebody else out there might be inspired to get up, get moving, and change their life.
